Motorcyclist Dies After Hell’s Kitchen Crash
Ian Overmier, 28, died after a 4:07 p.m. motorcycle crash at 12th Avenue and West 46th Street, where police said he was thrown while trying to pass a driver turning right in Hell’s Kitchen.
