Wenntwen Porgho was killed

Police identified the e-bike rider as Wenntwen Porgho, a 43-year-old Bronx man. Officers found him lying in the roadway with severe injuries, unconscious and unresponsive, and paramedics took him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was pronounced dead.

Police reported no immediate arrest
