At 11:37 a.m. on Sept. 23, 2022, a 63-year-old driver in a Ford Escape turned at East 188th Street and Park Avenue in the Bronx, and police said a 67-year-old e-bike rider was thrown off and later died at St. Barnabas Hospital.
