Hit-and-Run Driver Fatally Injures Woman on Bruckner Expressway
A hit-and-run driver fatally hit 32-year-old Jasmine Hunter at about 1:17 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2023, after police said she stepped out of her car on the Bruckner Expressway in Soundview following a minor crash.
