Driver Charged After 3-Year-Old Killed in Flushing Hit-and-Run

The New York Post reported that the boy lived about two blocks from where he was hit. His mother, Karen Ng, described him as a cute and adorable boy and said his teachers said he learned quickly.
The sedan was later found away from the scene
The official record listed a 2014 Infiniti sedan, with one male occupant and a New York learner permit, traveling south and starting from parking. The record listed center front-end impact and damage.
