Diallo was taken to Kings County Hospital

Officers from the 67th Precinct responded after a 911 call, and paramedics took Diallo to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County, where he was pronounced dead, according to amNY.

Police said Wallace remained at the scene and was taken into custody. amNY reported that police arrested him on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

The investigation continued after the arrest

amNY reported that no other arrests had been made and that the NYPD Highway District’s Collision Investigation Squad was continuing to investigate.
