Co-workers described Valenti as kind, funny and dedicated to customers and her team. John Farella, the company's president, told News 12 that every customer they spoke to said she was wonderful, and Randy Lott said colleagues called her their work mom.
The injured riders were taken to a hospital
News 12 reported that Valenti was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead. The two riders were also taken to a hospital and were stable, according to the station's account.
